I went to this shop because I noticed my tire was losing air, and when I checked, I found a nail in it. I called ahead, and they said the patch would cost about $20, which seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, the whole visit was a letdown. The employee who helped us was incredibly slow, seemed disinterested, and gave off a very dismissive attitude, almost like he didn’t care about the job. After we left, we noticed two deep scratches on the inner rim right where the tire sits. I’m certain these happened during their work, as we had no scratches before. When we returned to tell them, they just shrugged and said they had a sign saying they weren’t responsible for such scratches. They didn’t even show the sign or offer any solution. On top of that, we also noticed the valve was missing when we left, and while they did give us a replacement for that, they made no effort to acknowledge the rim damage. I just left feeling unheard and pretty let down.

I encountered extremely rude behavior from both the owner and employees, coupled with abysmal customer service. When I attempted to raise my concerns, they reacted defensively, interrupted me, and completely disregarded my feedback. I strongly advise against using their services; the stress is simply not worth it. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as my experience was completely unacceptable. Don’t just take my word for it—read the reviews and observe the owner’s responses to valid negative comments. This pattern of unprofessionalism is alarming, and if they don’t take action, I wouldn’t be surprised to see their business fail in the future.

Was brought here by my tow truck driver. Service was good considering they were busy with cars lining up. Cash only though, but they are one of the only ones open late. Would recommend to anyone who's in the area that needs a quick tire fix with no hassles.
